During this initial call, we'll talk about the scope and timeline of your project and the design fee. If we are a good fit for you, we’ll schedule a time to visit your property.

Plan on walking through your property with us for 40-60 minutes. We will gather detailed information regarding your project, discuss your budget range, listen to your vision and make suggestions for your new landscape.

We will deliver the design to you within five days of your on-site visit. We’ll spend about 30 minutes explaining the design, giving you an idea of the costs, and determining if there is anything you want to change. Revisions can typically be made within two days.

You will receive a detailed plan with materials and costs. We are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have at this point. When you sign the agreement, we will accept the initial deposit so we can begin ordering materials and schedule your project.

We will arrive ready to bring your new landscape to life. You will receive regular communications throughout the project, so you always know where things stand and what will happen next.

The final walkthrough is our way of making sure everything meets your expectations. We will also discuss warranties and how to maintain everything so you can enjoy it for many years to come!
